Anandastar 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Participate in this unique course that combines immersion into nature and yoga. Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive a teaching certificate, and they are eligible to register with the internationally recognized Yoga Alliance, as a registered yoga teacher (RYT 200).

This program will guide the student through essential elements in such a way that the ancient practices of yoga are embraced and preserved in their essence but are utilized to serve the needs of our contemporary planet in a peaceful and beneficial way. We will explore and integrate yoga for the mind, body and spirit in a life-affirming way, listen to your own heart; and experience a confidence to be you.

Revolution of the Mind Course

The Revolution of the Mind is about our taking up our real identity, meaning and purpose as human beings, and about consciously and willingly taking our place in the world. What does it mean to know that existence is one—that all life is an indivisible whole? And if I know this, how does this change my perception of myself, and the world? The Revolution of the Mind does not answer these questions for participants, but it invites them to find their own questions, with others in the context of a supportive community inquiring into the heart of existence and meaning.  Dates to be announced.
